Added Jira Connector

Jira is now available as a supported knowledge source within Phennec.

Key capabilities include:

• Browse projects, issues, and sprints
• Search Jira alongside other connected sources
• Retrieve information directly from Jira links
• Near real-time synchronization through webhooks

Project-management information can now be used directly in supported AI-assistant workflows.
